Fishermen of Looe & Downderry

The story of three fishermen whose lives are inextricably linked through family, the village of Downderry and their way of life within the Cornish fishing industry.

Their individual stories navigate Looe harbour and the beach at Downderry, a love of nature, an urgent sense of preservation of a once sustainable lifestyle and connectedness to life and death in the community.

Seagulls are said to carry the souls of dead fishermen.
